JYP who told teenage Youngjae that if GOT7 won't debut it will be Youngjae's fault. JYP who listened to 3 seconds of Jaebeom's songs and rejected them, not even giving them a chance. JYP who humiliated GOT7 publically because it's so fun. :) JYP who "forgets" to mention GOT7's imput to the company's growth. when i was first watching the MV i also noticed that youngjae wasn't shown until the end and it was actually because he injured his neck while filming so they had to arrange the cuts around him. but ahgases came up with an amazing explanation by saying that youngjae was the last piece that completed GOT7 and I honestly think that's so beautiful

jype and div2 really did not decide to put any effort into promoting GOT7 this comeback. While the music video was very visually pleasing, you can tell not much money was put into it. and then they didn't have a comeback showcase, the albums sold out almost immediately with no restocks and the list just goes on and on. I really hope that after seeing how well the album chart jype will realize just how important GOT7 is to their company

Oh PD the situation with GOT7 and this "lack of promotion" by JYPE for Last Piece is SO fucking puzzling to ALL of us. Honestly I am at a point where I have absolutely NO idea what the hell is happening. The only question I have is WHY? Why is this happening?? And it is getting ALOT of attention in the media. And yet JYPE has said NOTHING. They have added no ads to the Last Piece video but have also blocked the fandom from purchasing ads for the video which is a first time. JYPE literally blocked us from supporting this video. And the fandom have funds saved up for it. I feel so defeated. I just wake up everyday and hear new shit about how this group is being neglected. The thing about the mistreatment is that JYP has a culture to move old group stans to their newest group.... So when GOT7 debuted they had a lot of schedules and promotions and it attracted a lot of hottest to stan them but now they are a senior and JYP is doing the same thing they did to 2PM, cutting promotions and schedules so fans would migrate to Skz... The only thing that is different this time is that GOT7 has a really specific and loyal fandom so that's why we still can have the bare minimum from the company. I guess part of the reason why it feels so cheap is because Not by The Moon was so well made, it was rich in color and had few sets and nice props. And now with Last Piece it doesnt quite feel like continuation to that or even Breath, it's just something that has been filmed on the same place and just the way they said it, it lacks The Big Feel got7 has f.ex in nbtm or ycmn. But luckily song itself saves a lot and the fact that mv was well made.

OH PD! You don't know half the obstacles GOT7 and Ahgases go through. But we come through everytime. There are no words to describe how disappointed we are with JYPE. Infact we'd like nothing more than them to leave the company and join another one. Fans can't buy albums because JYPE has capped the printing. Albums are sold out in stores without restock 3 days into comeback, forcing stores to sell display albums. Less to none promos this entire comeback. Members literally had to promote the comeback through their personal socials. JYPE effed up the release dates on itunes in different countries so it affected the first day sales. Not to mention the 'sold out' preorder albums. No variety shows to promote the comeback. Less to none ads by the company. 95% or the MV views are organic by ahgases. I've never seen a company treat their flagship boy band so poorly as JYPE before. Honestly Ahgases are hurt. I'm sure GOT7 feels the same way. These boys are so sooo talented. That's why we love them and won't leave them. Atleast there's that.

At first I was happy the set was the same as Breath, but now that you say that, it makes me feel sad cuz they really deserve so much better than this. They're about to reach their 7th anniversary and JYPE doesn't learn anything. I hope the company has decency to understand mistreatment will only lead to bad things. Ahgase is only supporting GOT7, not JYPE. I really hope they can understand it before it gets worse. The fact that 7 out of the 10 songs of the album were written by them should have been a great reason to make a better work, but I guess some CEOs are too full of themselves to see it.

It is in the company's best interest to support GOT7 and any company's best interest to support its artists, because they're the ones who really rake in the money. With GOT7, a part of it is that the company has realized that GOT7 is a big enough group that, no matter how little they invest into their activities, they'll still profit a lot. So they cut costs with the group, reuse sets, refuse opportunities, don't give them any ads or promotion at all. They went super bare bones with this comeback especially. They know that no matter what GOT7 puts out, fans, especially international fans will eat it up. Another part is that certain people within the company have a vendetta against some of the members. You might think I'm exaggerating but don't you think it's interesting that anytime GOT7 has anything to do with their comeback creatively, their budgets seem to drop off? there was no showcase, no MV teaser, the pre-orders were out of stock(???), there were no promotions on the group's ig, two of the members promoted the cb themselves, a "teaser" was released hours before the MV release that didn't even have the members in it, and so much more. GOT7 deserve so much more and don't even get the bare minimum of what they should get.

When PD rants in 8:16 and says "It's in the company's best interest to support the group", I relate so much. It doesn't even make sense how they do this to the group that brings the most money when it comes to global sales, global tours, global merch... They have GOT7, a group that keeps breaking records every comeback, that debuts on billboard, gets #1s on iTunes worldwide.... but they do this to them. Most shows in the US that invited them did so because ahgases kept requesting. Fans even pay for the ADS to promote the comeback, otherwise most kpop fans, even if they're multis, don't even know got7 is coming back.

They did end up changing the scenes in the MV due to YoungJae neck injury originally there were more group dance scenes supposed to be shot but because of his disc injury they ended up doing the solo shots also the injury is why YoungJae is only in the very beginning and during final chorus. the members did say the 2 MV were supposed to be connected so guess that has something to do with using some of same sets/locations but I don’t know how much of that is cause that’s what they wanted or all JYPE was willing to do for them hard to know especially with the lack of support Got7 does get considering how much they bring to that company so nothing would shock me anymore

- The album were out of stock when it is pre-orders (It’s not even a week since the comeback) - We can never forget how Last Piece didn’t have any MV teaser when it is a title track - They didn’t promote a single thing about this huge comeback on instagram (which is one of GOT7 biggest social media platform) and only started to do so after we pointed it out - They put the wrong comeback date on iTunes (they put it as 2 Dec when it’s supposed to be 30 Nov) - They HAVEN’T restock the album yet - The lack of promotions are sucks that even most of the Koreans doesn’t know about them having a comeback before saw them on a variety show called Weekly Idol

Listen, I'm a stay and I agree there's something absolutely evil about the way div 2 is managing GOT7. It's so bizarre to contrast the treatment their labelmates get with the treatment they get. It's so disrespectful to a group that's so talented that's brought them so much notariety. My favourite comebacks from GOT7 are coincidentally the ones where they produced the songs themselves and I really hope JB can start getting the same support 3racha get in making songs because he really has a gift for it.

Personally as an ahgase I don't feel insulted, it's actually so satisfying to hear your pointing out the obvious. What you said about the quality of the MV in spite of the budget can actually be said about GOT7's entire career, in spite of JYP/JYPE being out there trying to sabotage their own group, completely incompetent in the way they managed the diamond that is GOT7, our 7 shining stars did such a great job and ahgases too, by supporting at the best of their possibilities, we paid for ads and with GOT7 we did our best to promote them as much as we could every time so I'm really proud of GOT7 and I'm proud of the birds. The quality of the work, the creativity, the beauty of transitions, all of it is way more appreciable when we know the budget wasn't there. I like to think that having "one" set is not a problem with such skills, of course it would be better if the reason behind it was not their company being trash. After all Breath and Last Piece are the two title tracks of the album. If you look at the paintings, they're representing parts of the set, I know that as a senior group they deserve better but I think that this "team" did show how good they are by focusing on the artistic part and the meaning of the songs and if they can do this with nothing expensive in their hands, I can't imagine what they're able to do if you give them the proper budget.

The 2 music videos were supposed to be connected. But then, they could've added something grand to "Last Piece" because we've already seen everything in "Breath". And yo, it was indeed the video production team who saved the MVs. I was literally mind blown by the direction and editing. Also, the camera work is sooooo good. I hope GOT7 could work again with the same production team in their future comebacks. The quality's just top-notch.
