stray kids got THAT attitude, they digest their parts in songs really well especially in boxer and chronosaurus. listening to their album definitely a trip bcs for their music usually has this "visual-like-music" idk how explain but music that you can visualize(?). each members has distinct voices which one of their greatest strength (the production, the use of sound effects as well) perhaps thats why their song never feel stale, well at least to me. miroh has the greatest drops ever such an extravagant song. i have mixed feelings when i first listened to miroh maybe bc i wasn't used to that type of structure of song and was expecting "more lyrics" but now i genuinely enjoy miroh... it quite addicting too. don't listen to maze of memories while driving hahaha i lowkey had heart attack i thought police were chasing after me, the sirens sounded real bxtch.

I’m pretty sure Chronosaurus uses a harmonic minor scale the whole song which is what makes it so eerie (and also what makes it sound like the gravity falls opening theme, that also uses harmonic minor and is in the same key)

Ok so my thoughts on Miroh, as Yellow Wood is about to come out: I really love how PD puts it, that Miroh feels like an Act 1 of a play. In all honesty, the album has no arc to it. The fact that it's party song after party song leaves the listener with a lack of resolution, as if most of the songs in Miroh focused on exposition. Entrance, Miroh, and Victory Song all act as something like exposition and character introductions. Entrance sets the scene, Miroh introduces the protagonists, and Victory Song is their confident/undisturbed state before conflict. Maze of Memories introduces the conflict, an internal battle between the protagonists' self and their insecurities, shifting like water as fast as thoughts fly when panicked or spiraling. Boxer is the temporary victory, winning a single battle in the war. Chronosaurus is the aftermath, and 19 is similar to a soliloquy or an aria, a glimpse into the heads of the protagonists in the darkest time of the conflict. By the end of the album, the story has yet to be resolved. I don't think Yellow Wood will continue this story, and if it does, it's more of a reflection on the past (quite literally, as it mostly consists of the four pre-released Mixtapes) and the good times before the conflict. It's likely an interlude, and the next album they release will be their first full album that concludes the story alongside the exposition of the story set up in Miroh. I dunno, it's just a thought. No one will see this anyway :P
