Today I was at Monza race track for the first day of the italian formula 1 race weekend.
You can see all the F1 drivers pushing their cars at the limit and occasionaly making a few mistakes.

Controversial but the V8's used to annoy me after a while. Had to put earplugs in when I was at Spa, 2013, because the sound irritated me immensely. And they lost the diversity of sounds with limiting the rev range... There's revs to be unleashed with the V6 turbo engines, and they're nicer to listen to, and the Force India has some epic turbo whine from the Mercedes power plant. Oh and the noise the turbo makes initially off power on Ferrari powered cars. epic! Sure, they are quieter, but they'll get louder with more power year on year and hopefully using more of the rev range when they can make the engines economical enough to untap more power higher up.
