Not yet. The wall need to claim 3 champions in order to bless the 4th driver with a championship title. The last person to crash was Vettel, and the wall need 2 more champions. Hamilton, Alonso, and Verstappen will need to step up and offer themselves as a "sacrifice" to the wall. FYI: Jenson Button was the 4th to hit the wall in 2005, and became champion 4 years later.
