Thank you for the interesting video please i have a question I have made a gel using aloe Vera juice but after a week or so the gel turns brown is there a difference between natural aloe leaf juice and the concentrate? Does it affect the quality of the product?

Aloe vera products naturally turn brown as they start oxidizing over time.

You'd have to try, but 1-3% should do it

PEG-150 Distearate may be replaced by, for example, Brassica Alcohol (www.makingcosmetics.com/Brassica-Alcohol_p_1200.html). But we can't guarantee that the thickness / viscosity will be the same.

Why don't you want to use it? I'm trying to do stuffs with PEG-150 but I'm confused that if is kind of suitable to mix or not. Thank you.

I would recommend a voice-over of what the formulator is doing. The formulator doesn't seem to be following the instructions verbatim so it becomes a bit confusing in the steps. The video is good otherwise.
