I am convinced that Sainz has a great personality and that he will do everything for the team he is racing for. Sainz was told to wait a bit for his contract was still being worked out with Ferrari when all the time Ferrari was working with signing Hamilton and keeping Carlos in the dark, I feel they never listened to him at closed meetings or anything. ...it's more like Charles screwed himself - tried a couple of low probability overtakes on George early - cooked his tires, fell back. Carlos told the Ferrari pits at least 2 times he needed to pit - tires gone - but they didn't listen - then he has to pull a bizarre move as he started to go for the pits, then cut back to the track because the Ferrari pits weren't ready yet for him!?! For a moment - I thought Binotto was running the Ferrari team again - back to all their strategic screw-ups! As far as Charles goes - Sainz had already let him by once - on team orders - so when Charles comes out on cold tires and Carlos is at full chat on warm tires, what's he supposed to do - slow down for Charles!?! Ridiculous!! Sainz was faster than Charles, Sainz drove a better race than Charles - and Sainz would have been better yet if Ferrari had listened to him about pit stops, and had their act together! Charles is a little whiner - quit relying on "Daddy" (Fred Vasseur) to hold your hand and favor you over Sainz - drive your own race Charles, and quit being a whining whimp about it!! As for Fred Vasseur - quit treating Sainz like a step child - get your team in order and support him equally in these last 2 race weekends! But, here how I see things : Ferrari hired a big team to achieve a goal not to be at the service of a driver, they are a team, and even the drivers are paid. As long as the team is not penalized, the drivers can fight of course, and Sainz is allowed to do what he can to win over his teammate (they are gladiators). But as soon as the team is impacted, the driver is at fault. If Leclerc was not able to pass Verstappen and finished 5th because of Sainz wanted to protect himself from Leclerc , it will penalize the team, and Sainz put that risk on the table. 3rd and 4th vs 4th and 3rd is the same for Ferrari, but 3rd and 5th is another story. I could be wrong obviously, but it's my point of view.

Sainz has never had any issues with any of his teammates . In fact is quite the opposite. He is loved pretty much by all ex teammates. That changed with spoiled Leclerc , overprotected underachiver, that many times (too many) shows a mediocre performance and bad manners (we all know where he is from, so no surprise). 1 - This tension is Ferrari's fault. They keep managing the team for Leclerc instead of the team. Ferrari is always on top of any individual. 2 - Sainz let Leclerc pass 2 times on this race. He accepted that his pace wasn't as fast. However, after Leclerc stop, Sainz was obviously much faster. Why would he need to let Leclerc in front if he is slowing him down? I thought this was racing. 3 - Sainz has always accepted Ferrari rules. Don't forget Carlos' last win, Leclerc started to push him, when Sainz was managing tires and rules were not to disturb each other. Also, don't forget Monza 23 and so on. Leclerc should keep quiet about this. 4 - Leclerc, is Sainz is a bother... good luck next season mate.

Charles has been treated a lot better than Carlos and they are replacing Carlos with Lewis. Charles should be going to Williams not Carlos because he carries Ferrari. He has a bad car this season but he’s has two win and overtook checo a red bull in the Netherlands and moved teams alot more than Charles. 2018 mclaren was one of the worst or if the worst team and Carlos went there in 2019 and got second place in Japan raining so Carlos isn’t a snake he’s a very patient driver who experienced a lot more than Charles. Even Toto admitted they wanted Verstappen and, if not him, then a younger driver to replace Hamilton. Carlos is already 30.
