This what I am saying, I have seen many F1 fans who don't know really anything about aviation let alone fighter jets who say that F1 drivers feel the same G Forces as fighter jet pilots .As a pilot myself but not a fighter jet pilot (who wished to had become one but my vision was not perfect for it), I always argued with them saying how it is completely different and fighter jet pilots are more on a different level than F1 drivers. As you can see here as said in the words of Charles, the G Forcers on a fighter jet are completely different and even he struggled on Day One to keep it contained to the point he felt ill. That isn't to say that F1 drivers are not on another level either, what they go through is also amazing and tough, but you can't say F1 drivers and fighter jet pilots are the same when drivers only experience a lot of lateral G Forces and fighter jet pilots experience it in all directions.
