So if I bought forsaken I can these guns and not have to grind all those pieces to unlock a gun?

Unfortunately no. You will still need to get all the materials because the quests involved destinations that aren’t in the game anymore.

@@unnown8340 definitely not for no reason. You can’t craft these weapons unless you own forsaken, so you can get these eventually. Just view the material farming as the quest and focus on 1 at a time. You’ll get them all.

I really liked the video, but i’m in between thorn and lumina. which one should i get?

That’s a tough one. Thorn is slightly more powerful in Crucible, while Lumina is easier to use in PvE activities.

Is Thorn not as good in PvE? With the piercing shots it seems like it would be powerful in both PvP and PvE content

Yeah it’s fine in PvE, there’s just a lot better options depending on how hard the content is. Thorn mostly doesn’t exist in end game builds.

Hmm, because I was thinking about getting Izanagi's Burden and Lumina. I was farming for Thorn before because I believed I had to play crucible for it but I can't anymore.

@@TravyDead sorry to bother you just a quick question. I'm just about a week or two into Destiny 2, I got three Forsaken Cyphers for free like everyone else owing the DLC but if I want to craft the rest how do I get more Forsaken Cyphers ?

@@dajshinshin6123 you don’t get any more cyphers. You’ll just have to acquire the rest of the materials needed for the other ones you want.

Probably Ace, unless you are a warlock and have beyond light.

@@TravyDead it’s disappointing hearing lumina isn’t so good when i love the concept of it, is ace of spades good in pve?

I didn’t say Lumina wasn’t good. It’s great! It’s just that Ace has a little bit more going for it(you can see your radar while aiming down sights, headshots give you a faster reload and create explosions, reloading after a kill gives you 6 bullets that do more damage) it also has really high stats. Lumina also requires teammates to be useful, where Ace doesn’t. So it’s not that Lumina isn’t good, it’s that if you had to choose one, most people would choose Ace because it has more perks and is easier to use.
