Thanks Trigger, nice guide again.! ✊🏻🙂 Specially the tip with the IVT Falcon and the wallride was too good.. from hope to make the Corner to full speed through. 😂👌🏻 And nice that you talked short about the double affix stuff.! I don't think it gives much advantage, but exploiting stuff like this in competitive modes sucks.. it's like steroids in the olympics. 😂

Hello Militia Gaming ! absolute beast video guide. As a new Motorfest player I have one question though. For the parts the max rating (blue colour) and (Gold colour) the differences is the Affixes and the set thingy right ? or does it add some other power? Thanks in advance !

only affixes and set bonus, but both of those have quite huge impact on your times

The rarity only effects the % on the affix and in the Gold parts case the Set bonus. All parts have the same performance and it is tied to the number attached to the part not the rarity

Hey trigger, What's the recommended setting for steering, max lock and sensitivity for control settings, since that drifting summit a few weeks back, all of my cars have been handling like 💩, I don't know if it's me or if it's my settings. But it hasn't felt right since that drift summit. I've jumped on a few times in the last few weeks, but when I'm racing, my cars just slide or kick out, it was never like that before the last drift summit.

I play on 80 sense, 70 max lock and 0 dead zone. Everything else default

Well I managed to get to 5106th place, and 1,070,673, my scores definitely improved, I used the Tacoma with the skilled/pure affixes, as opposed to the BMW and Hummer, my rank definitely went up. I appreciate the help. 🙏

can i use meta cars or it's just best to go with your cars? i recently got better (somewhat) in the game and have been grinding grand races and trying to save some cash..

Use whatever cars you’re most comfortable with, I tried a bunch of cars. Some are the same as Triggers, some are different. For example, when trigger used the electric racing car, I used the T.50s. I’m currently in the top 10 for that race. So just use whatever you’re comfortable with

I’m kind of piggie-backing off of what spoonah said… I also agree that using whatever car your comfortable with is important. I will say that Certain cars are better at handling, speed, acceleration… so some cars are just going to perform better on certain tracks which is why we use them. In the summits, the better the score, the better the rewards. If you don’t really care about either of those things, you’re fine to use whatever you’d like 👍🏽

I really miss the old format of your videos! They used to be short and straight to the point. Now there’s too much pausing and talking and your webcam thing is annoying. I’ve been using the ‘other guy’ for guides lately but I like your pro settings better. Hope you bring back the old format at some point - they were awesome.

This month is a big drag with boring summits, terrible rewards and vanities. The exploits and wheel mode just put and exclamation point onto this month/season.

I love the think about the irony that when wheel mode w/3rd party (exploit software) was a PC "exclusive" was fine to use because it was "too hard", even tho console where at the disadvantage because they couldn't "exploit" it, now the exact same principal is happening but you call it cheats when its still an exploit, done without 3rd party and as you say it doesn't give you the edge to get platinum or not. I don't agree about using it and I see it as negative to the game but I find it extremely FUNNY and IRONIC.

unless you are fighting for rank 1, double affix makes no difference, same as wheel mode, had and have no problems finishing in top 50 almost every summit

Wheelmode issue is NOT EQUAL to this Double Affix exploit. 1. Having no steering filter was an advantage that wheel players could take advantage of that was PROVIDED BY THE GAME. Wheelmode was the community's solution until the dev's themsleves decided to implement it. 2. Using a Glitch, not intended by the devs to gain a very powerful advantage such as having extra nos, or points from affixes is just cheating. Sure, wheelmode wasn't available to console players but it also wasn't a cheat. It was an attempt to level the playing field because players with a wheel had a significant advantage over players that didn't. They are completely different issues but ultimately, the top 10k players get platinum and its very possible to get top 10k without using double affix.

^^^comment for the end of triggers comment, I've not double affix and would never do it in competitive game and I was 167th few hours ago and that's a one race each and done, so as much as I think there tools for using double affix's "I hope they all get banned" I don't think it's going too stop people getting platinum because they were a majority of them getting platinum anyway it's the unskilled with double affix's that are going too stop normal "not cheats" getting platinum imo 👍
