Forschner Fillet Knives - Review and Sharpening Demo

As a part of my everyday fishing operation I rely on a good fillet knife to clean fish at the end of the day. I am going to show you the knives that I use on a regular basis: the Forschner 40711 fillet knife and the Forschner 40537 breaking knife.
