Seriously, where do I even begin? From the moment you stepped into that abandoned hospital, I knew we were in for a wild ride. The atmosphere was THICKER than pea soup in a haunted kitchen, and the creaks and groans had me jumping like a cat on a hot tin roof. But then you had to open your mouth, and BAM! Instant comedy gold. Your commentary throughout the entire video was a masterpiece of wit, sarcasm, and sheer, unadulterated fear. Every jump scare was punctuated by a perfectly timed quip, turning my heart palpitations into laughter fits. It's like you have a superpower to defuse tension with a joke just as my fight-or-flight instinct kicks in. Speaking of scares, Lazaret threw some real curveballs at you (and us viewers). I thought I'd seen it all after years of watching you play horror games, but those mannequins, man... those FREAKING MANNEQUINS! The way they just... appeared out of nowhere had me hiding behind my pillow like a scaredy-cat. And don't even get me started on the thing in the basement. Let's just say I'm sleeping with the lights on tonight, thanks to your expert playthrough. But beyond the scares and laughs, what really resonated with me was your genuine curiosity about the game's story and characters. You didn't just plow through, screaming and flailing (although, there was plenty of that too, and it was glorious!), you took the time to piece together the narrative, theorize about the characters' motivations, and even empathize with their plight. That added a whole new layer of depth to the experience, making me appreciate the game on a deeper level. So, Markiplier, thank you. Thank you for the scares, the laughs, the genuine chills, and the thought-provoking commentary. You've officially made Lazaret one of my all-time favorite horror playthroughs. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go change my underwear and stock up on therapy plushies. P.S. Any chance you'll be playing the sequel? Asking for a friend... who is definitely not me, totally not. P.P.S. Can we PLEASE get a "Markiplier Reacts to His Own Screams" compilation video? I need that in my life! P.P.P.S. Seriously, those mannequins... nightmares for weeks. Okay, I'll stop now. But seriously, amazing video!

the whistling mechanic is very nice, reminds me of FAITH's camera light snapshot. A modern day Monstrum i miss those days. The fade into black screen w/ SFX to not add animations is kinda annoying though lazy devs, but not a bad work around. The basic ass MSWord text alignment to the left, 12-14 font size, Calibri font for lore around the map was meh. Bunch of other nitpicks, but good game.

this game is complete shite, not only is the whistling mechanic from a lidl backrooms game, they're the exact same sounds, maybe its supposed to be an easter egg? for how blatant the copy paste is, also lidl resident evil but thats okay

@@PlinkenNot that I know of recently no. it's hard to find good ones w/out people rambling how it copies this or that, legit everything is a copy of something else. I tend to watch horror gameplay no commentaries. Some ones i've been looking/playing are The Cat Lady, Infra Arcana, and Fear and Hunger. Last two are more survival "horror" rpgs. From there I usually go through recommendations and hope to find some.
