That's a beautiful home! I remember when that duplex was a double level 4-home apartment building. The 2-car garage was actually 2 carports for the 2 apartments on that side, and the storage closets had locked doors. The upper level balcony was the balcony for the 2nd level resident. So neat how they renovated it into a 5-bedroom! My mom only dreamed of a house like that for our family of 9 when we lived in a 4-bedroom on Woodlawn years ago. Thanks for sharing!

Is this a 4 or 5 BR?, you showed 4, and Villages at Belvoir says it’s 5, but if you look at their design photos it’s 4, bit confusing. We’re coming to Belvoir in the Summer and your video is the only thing helpful. Is there actually 4 BD with 2 car garage in Woodlawn? thank you

All 5 bedrooms are shown in the video. The 5th bedroom is the only bedroom on the first floor. Only 5 bedrooms homes have two car garages to them in Woodlawn.
