Not sure if the regulations have changed since this video is old but I flew there with no issues. Make sure your away from the airport at the end of the strip and abide by hight regulations. At one point the lifeguard on the beach passed by and reconfirmed with me that I won't get close to the airport I told him I won't he let me be.
