Island retreat is a great place. We have stayed there 3 times and are staying this year again. Other than maybe a little touch up at the showers it’s wonderful place. Quite and friendly staff. Will be back again and again. 😎😎😎

Love the drive thru of all parks!! Only suggestion and question, do they have or have not sewage or a dump station?

Thank you. Yes, they are all "full hook up" parks. So they all have power, water & sewer at your campsite 😉

Hi Jason. We haven't stayed at all of the them but we do prefer Island Retreat just because of it's location. It's the closest to 59 and has all of the amenities we need. Thanks for watching!

They are all on the north side of Fort Morgan Rd, therefore they all have "Bay" access :-)

It's pretty close to perfect if you ask us 😎 February avg: hi 66° / low 46° March avg: hi 71°/ low 51° We average around 6 days of rain during the winter months ☀️

We’ve stayed at Doc’s for the last 10 years in July. We always rented a park model. When they first installed them they were nice. But, in 2024 they are junk. They are run down and over priced for what they are. The one we stay in had a severe leak this year(2024). Water was coming in the power box and thermostat. It killed the AC. Luckily they had another one open to move us to. But we were away from our family. We want stay there again and certainly not in a park model.

Prices change so frequently at campgrounds down here (seasonal, holidays, etc), that I don't usually put them in the videos. Also, this one is over 2 years old, so they have likely increased since it was published. Thanks for the feedback though 😉
