Ft Myers Beach got hit. Different town. Besides, Ft Myers sucked long before the last hurricane.

Honestly it is too packed in fort myers growing up here was a nightmare and now I’m an adult it’s worse rent is to high to many people all the things I used to see is being reconstructed into something that will bring more tourists in

Ft Mysery. Grew up in that hole. It was a different place back then. Expensive and crowded now. And butt ugly to be sure.

I live outside of Fort Myers city. I can go to the beach at any time, in or out of season with no issues, before or after the hurricane. Honestly, I'm not a fan of any cities, so I usually avoid them. Flat land is a "pro" to me, I had enough hills (and snow) in my life before living in SWFL.
