This siren along with every other WS siren in Allen county was installed in 1987. As for the tone at the end, my guess is that the controller got confused or wanted to shut down as soon as the tones were broadcasted.

at the end it was just getting confused with the tones going through the radio board, i have a 2016 or 2000 115 and the panel did this a few times when i was sending tones to the controller to cancel or change tones, for a short whoop theses 2016 or 2000 115 cant do whoop, they can only do alert, air horn, wail, attack and hi low

Actually, it is made by Whelen, the model being known as the WS 2016. A allertronic omnidirectional uses 1 central housing for all the speakers, while the WS 2016 uses a separate housing for each speaker array. On my computer, there is a old Whelen advertisement showing a WS 2016 mounted on a trailer.

Whelen WS series and Aletronics look very similar. this video is obviously a Whelen system. Aletronics have a bigger back piece behind the horns.
