FORTH2020 FORTRAN implementation

I came across NoForth after browsing options for a MSP430F149. I got a few for peanuts. It looks like NoForth has a decent amount of documentation. Do you know of any other flavors that are easy to bake into a MSP430? I need to keep it simple. I already made a goodfet42 so I can program over JTAG as well.
