Hackney vs Tottenham was a VERY SERIOUS beef on the road, I think the worst of it's time for sure. Like Tricky said everyone had to pick a side and this went right down to secondary school. People were getting licked down all over the place at one point behind this beef. I'm glad it's dead now and the youngers from both sides pretty much get along.

This is old but.. Usually I like the dynamic between Tricky and Lippy but agree with the other comments, Lippy was doing way too much of the talking. Like he himself said there's levels to this. Man that were around then know Tricky was in a whole different realm compared to Lippy and was in a lot deeper, it was evident by the little Tricky was allowed to contribute that his knowledge and experience with it was deep and very relevant. Not trying take anything from any man but man grew up in NW, everyone knows Wembley has never been anywhere near as peak as Tottenham/Hackney not even in Chalkhill's heyday!
