I must say what you both doing on this podcast is extremely insightful and admirable . The fact that you both have lived the road life at times makes you both credible to talk on these subjects. What makes this highly effective is that you both have different perspectives and you both articulate yourself in a real authentic way . It displays a high-level of empathy and emotional intelligence that can really be gained through specific experiences. In addition for someone who has grown up in Hackney watching mashtown videos etc and reading things in the papers etc. It is a massive accomplishment to see the growth and success of you both. It is truly inspiring. The streets need men like you to share these experiences, wisdom especially to these youths because trust me even if saves one person that is indispensable. The face you guys are both here still and with a successful pdcast shows the youth that you can change, or make better decisions but still be respected. So I wanted to let you both know Myself and many appreciate what you are doing .

@dwilliams41384 жыл бұрын
The best episode yet, been waiting to see you guys give it raw and uncut,without the hush hush can't talk about this n that, I think that's been the problem with the UK OGs who have turned their lives around, I know its difficult n like tricky said most are still healing themselves, but I think its vital when you have a platform like this n your trying to reach out to the youths, its very important to speak of your lived experiences without glorifying it. this is the best way to teach these youths who are going through it right now so big up to both you mans for the in depth conversation, especially tricky cos I know it must've been hard to mention popcorns name in a public platform like this, n you did it in a respectful way wich showes your maturity n class,as hard as these conversations are hard to have, it is necessary if your really about trynna help these street babies,they will learn more from hearing about your lived experiences and how venerable you felt at the time and how certain sticky situations you went through made you feel n how its effected u n still effects u now, this is how great n effective teachers teach, the best way to stop someone from doing the madness that you did as a youngster is to tell them your story raw n uncut, that way they can really relate n see themselves in u, that way their been given the full information from someone who's really been through what their going through at that moment, you guys are making getting out of that lifestyle cool for the youths,cos your giving them your own lived war story's from the past n showing them your now living your best lives by not living that life anymore, this episode was really impactful, n u can see it from tricky's demeanour n the way he was slapping back that water🤣 that this episode was a therapeutic to him

Love this. Such an important message some of these drill rappers who have blown ie OFB should promo this So there young followers can see reality that they don’t usually touch on. The only thing is that u never touched on is how everybody thinks they’ll be the one that gets away or makes it from trapping. When in reality 95% don’t make it, or fully make it and live clean atleast. Which was the main reason youth don’t listen they always think there gna be the one that makes it.
