@morstyrannis19514 жыл бұрын
@Badger0fDeath I realize that, but I was referring to something specifically Canadian. In Canada there's a law for broadcasters about Canadian content. I think it primarily applies to radio stations. They had to have a certain % of air time that was Canadian artists. It sounds Orwellian, but we're living next door to a cultural Goliath. It was an attempt to preserve Canadian artists. The program was quite successful; there are more Canadian musicians and bands than our comparative population would indicate we should have. Then of course there's the matter of US spelling which is quite different than the Queen's English. Some software is kind of cheeky offering dictionary choices of, "English or Simplified English (US)"

"...more scuffed than Mrs. McDavid's garage door" Now THAT's a very subtle, very Canadian joke.
@rayoneill81263 жыл бұрын
Could you explain that one for an Irish guy or is it too obscure for the likes of me to get it?
@christianmundloch29123 жыл бұрын
@@rayoneill8126 Connor McDavid is a famous ice hockey player, so his mom’s garage door is probably all scuffed from shooting hockey pucks against it as a kid.

My first bike was a 1980 YZ80. This was an awesome video. Thanks for your hard work.

Best vid you've done IMO, cool soundtrack, excellent detailing tips and of course humour too! Canadastan must have similar political figures as we do here in Straya...the only vid you've produced that I've actually watched twice, awesome

Do you think Fortnine would ever do a video on their recommendation for a hyper-durable bug out bike?

Man, this channel really feels like it’s geared for the common folks, like me. Are 15k bikes cool? Probs, but I’d never know. These guys just said to heck with it, here’s a barn find. Aka the bikes I can actually afford without selling a kidney. This video means more to me than a review on the newest thing to hit the showroom floor.
