what cpu do you have? you might have to change the thermal paste on the GPU, that fixed my issue with my rtx 2080ti.

That’s pretty weird, I just posted a video with the same cpu but a weaker gpu and get 3-400 fps, try optimizing your pc and make sure xmp is enabled. Also update your drivers. If that doesn’t work reset your pc that could fix it.

The 10700 is starting to get old and Fortnite works best with more modern hardware, still a good cpu but not for Fortnite, try updating drivers and make sure you have xmp enabled

I going to build pc with the r5 9600 or r7500f and either with rx 7600xt so will get mostly 300 hundred fps at all times exept stacked end games but yea .Btw you can try to add a slight touch of potato graphics but not from the ultimate ones but from more of the unnoticeable ones and you will stil get a big fps boost
