when did they make it so hard to build walls properly? I haven't built anything in around a year since I basically quit fortnite but back then it was so easy for me to align walls, floors, etc. perfectly but now I feel like I can barely do anything

Turn off “Build as prop” and you’ll be able to build as normal. Though, it has to be a completely different prop, it can’t be the one you’re already using. You get what I mean?

You can make multiple game modes in a single map. But it is extremely advanced

You can absolutely create an open world game where people can explore. You can turn off guns and pickaxe if you want along with building in the settings. That way you’re just creating a map where someone can run around

why does random music play when I start my island? I have to activate, then deactivate all of my radio sfx to get it to shut off before starting the game or else it walks all over my programmed sfx.

The problem is they change it monthly. So even if I showed it it would have been out of date by the time you watched. Now it is simply a game mode located in the second row

Only some peoples maps. There will be an XP badge on the game if it has XP. Epic still has not allowed anyone to put XP on there maps. It’s only on the popular ones

If you haven't played fortnite creative before then you won't have an existing island which means you can't actually use fortnite creative without creating an island which the only exploited way is to go into a friends game who has an island and when you are in it you can go into a rift that they create and you can create an island for yourself. Otherwise you'll only be allowed to do the fortnite creator editor in epic games store but its free if you have a pc with a good enough gpu
