Well, if it affects other stuff negatively you would do best limiting the time to something that works. If it doesn't really hurt anything or make a difference I really do think that it makes you a bad parent to question their way of having fun for no good reason. Removing it completely in any case is just straight up mean and I feel bad for kids that have to deal with parents that can't be bothered to figure out a compromise and instead just see things in black and white. Like imagine someone taking away TV completely from you as an adult or something else that you wouldn't want to live without, or limiting it even if you get most of what you need to do done. It would be quite horrible living like that. I'm saying this as a 27 year old man btw, not as a kid that just wants to play more out of self interest.

I'm 25 and already I'm missing the days when the media was making a big song and dance about PS2's being capable of guiding nuclear missiles. I swear the mainstream news outlets just have a hat full of bad things, and they just pull out one of those things and try to tie it to video games. I love how the investigation set out to prove that "Fortnite is the problem" but nearly everything in the investigation suggested the opposite. A real kid knows when to put the game down, other adults acknowledge that the kid is a kid and that the game is irrelevant to his behavior. There's tone-deaf reporting and there's reporting so tone-deaf that they don't realize how inaccurate they are.

Its the parents responsibility to raise their children properly fortnite could be replaced with any other game or activity and a kid with parents who arent doing that properly will develop bad behaviour.i find kids with social media accounts far more worrying
