i would think of fortnite as the exact opposite: fortnite is aplace where you can play player made games, save the world, or engage in an 100 man airsoft battle. you see no blood in the game, and characters dont die. when their outfits take too many hits, players are teleported back to their lobby, a place to chill, and listen to music with friends

If Fortnite is too kid-friendly, substitute a more bloody and realistic battle royale game like PUBG. The concept is still horrific, an excellent study of the difficulty of morality or even social norms in extremis and the capacity of humans to still act morally even under such brutal compulsion from their environment. Our eyes are good at detecting change/difference rather than just motion. Usually we notice movement compared to stillness, but we can also notice when something is static against motion. For example, if you look at analog-TV style static which has a lot of motion, it is very easy to see any sort of pattern of pixels that _don't_ move or change. In this context, if you see a lot of grass swaying, it's easier to notice if there's something (eg a someone in a gillie-suit) that is stationary.

This is fairly off topic for this video, but based on your earlier videos it seems like you got interested in physics because you were interested in, as you said, those big questions like "what is our place in the universe". Do you feel like you are still pursuing the answers to those questions by studying plant cell physiology? I would have thought you would end up in theoretical physics trying to understand the standard model or trying to quantize gravity, or studying GR, or doing something like experimental QM.
