I got into IW4X recently due to you and Tabris playing the greats. Watching you guys play just brought the itch back for me! Funny how well rounded MW2 is still. I actually been playing Bad Company 2 Vietnam lately when I can find a good match and it has been massively enjoyable as well. Different feel to it but very immersive in its own ways (using war tapes audio with headphones gives an accurate soundscape with a gritty “blaring” quality) for the time. So few newer games capture what made these older games great. Graphics and sometimes playability are top notch but the fun factor just dries up so quick.

I don’t mind the kill streaks, but that Intervention nuke doesn’t really count for me due to the use of the AK-47. I would have let it slide if it was like one kill needed in a pinch, that sniper is easy to nuke with. Other than that the video was great and brought back mad nostalgia! 46:15 actually stopping power increases damage 40 percent. The FAL does 55-35 damage or 77-49 damage. However, there's a glitch that gives the FAL 55-40 damage with a holographic sight. Combined with stopping power, that gives you 77-56 damage, making it a consistent two shot kill against all unarmored or unsheltered opponents.

In Modern Warfare 2, once a nuke is called in the score freezes since it no longer matters at that point. The first kill after the chopper gunner was before the nuke was called so it added points, the next kill was after he called the nuke so no points were added.

Man I loved this game so much, this was to me the greatest every call of duty. I started playing when COD4 came out and every call of duty since ( I didn’t play much ghosts and returned the jet-pack CODs like 3 days after buying them) then I started again regularly with WW2 but it was a shit show and has been ever since. I didn’t play BO4. The reasons I loved MW2 was that everything about it was good: maps, guns, kill-streaks. (I played ps3 and I know people suffered with OMA and noob tubes, honestly I didn’t really encounter that frequently enough to notice it, I guess I was lucky). It was the one call of duty with which I could have soooo much fun with ANY GUN, AND I MEAN ANY. None of them felt overpowered, I know the ump45 was used A LOT in most lobbies but it never felt overpowered (I.e. you can’t do anything at all when you come across a guy with a ump45 you just have to wait for your death). It was a great gun, with little recoil and a steady fire rate, so it was a go to, but it wasn’t like the mp40 from WAW (COD5) which YOU COULD NOT DEFEAT THE BASTARD. If you used the mp40 in WAW you were basically Thanos with a fully loaded gauntlet. But man with MW2 I can’t fault any of the assault weapons, I used all of them and loved them all. Same with the SMGs and LMGs. It felt like a game that was made by gamers who play a lot, and not guys in business suits who are just trying to make profits at the expense of gamers and don’t have a clue or care about what makes a game enjoyable, sadly it feels like the same for every game that comes out lately, and not just cod. In the PS2 days (and even before the PS2) games used to be packed full of ideas and 100% about giving you the most entertaining experience you’ve ever had. Now, we get rushed, half-assed products that at launch require 3 updates and still aren’t finished 6 months after launch, but as long as money is squeezed out through micro transactions, it’s seems that it sells.... it’s like “if we can’t make money from this game mode, get rid of it” is the law of game developers nowadays. Sadly as a 24 year old I feel like the joys of my youth are quickly fading, I don’t even find the energy or enjoyment to turn on my PS4 anymore, unless I’m playing with a group of friends, I seriously don’t enjoy gaming. Plus, the amount of times I scream to myself “It would be so good if the developers had done X or Z etc....” with EVERY GAME I PLAY just ruins gaming for me, like.....how can you not love your own creation and want the best for it ? Plus most of the time “X or Z” are ideas that would seem so obvious to ANYONE who plays the game or even has a fun imagination and loves gaming.

I think I have a difficult/fun challenge for you on mw2, Imagine it would be a free for all in real life and you only have a pistol (of choice) with a tactical knife (primary weapon riot shield) and you have to try to get a nuke without chopper gunner or ac130 but when you run out of pistol ammo you can only use your knife or you can pick up any weapon you find on the ground but you can only use the bullets that are in the clip (so no reloads) when you run out of ammo in the clip you can only use your knife again or find a different gun on the ground with the same idea you can use whatever perks you want except for one man army or scavanger.
