I just started playing Xdefiant a couple days ago (before watching this video) and I'm hooked. I honestly didn't think i would like this game with it being FTP, futuristic theme & kinda with Fortnite/Apex Legends looking characters. But within 1 match it took me back in time to the old COD games and it was a blast. It gave that feeling that i haven't felt in over a decade. Good stuff.

In bo2, the svu-as was cheeks in core but god tier in hardcore. With acog it was a one shot AR.

Why use hardline if it’s just one kill difference? You’d rather have a weaker gun for 24 kills than a full powered gun and just get one extra kill?

The game feels pretty good but I hate how grindy it is for weapon xp + the lack of rewards/ challenges to complete, just feels a bit empty right now. Also, I don’t like the fact you have to grind battle pass to unlock new guns. Grind thru challenges/ levelling sound fun, yes, limited time, pay to play guns, no. I I’ll let the game be balanced out/ fleshed out a bit more before retuning I think.

BO1 was the game I played the least on multiplayer because it came out the year I was deployed and haji internet was terrible back then. Played the hell out of zombies on that deployment though. I just started playing it again yesterday and this may be my new favorite of all time. It really puts modern cod to shame.
