Interesting, but does Toll Brothers put better quality into basic construction materials (for example: lifetime warranty roof, quality appliances, quality plumbing system, etc.)? As I asked you about Hubble Homes, does Toll Brothers have a spec sheet on what building materials are used to construct their homes?

Toll Brothers is the only big builder in the Treasure Valley that uses the Zip System instead of standard plywood and house wrap. All of their appliances are warrantied through the manufacturer Whirlpool. They’re one of the best builders when it comes to customer service. One of the few builders that offers a year of warranty on any item in the home and actually follows through. They will cover any major issues even after the warranty is up. Most builders ghost you after you close. I’ve heard nightmare stories from friends that chose other builders. I’m glad I chose Toll Brothers

Have you read their reviews …not one review over a 1 star. They also force you to get approved by their lending, even if you don’t use it.

I chose my own lender with Toll.
