Had those pro brakes clip ons for a speed 1200rr, they are nice but James is right on - the bolts are made of cheese. You only get one or two adjustments before you need to dig out the extractors....

12:01 Those nipples are just for speedy assembly at the factory to make sure all their bikes look the same and are ball park correct - so, no need for that, grind the nipple off the switch gear then you can rotate the gear to adjust as you feel like to fine tune ergonomics... I do the same with my brake & clutch clamps so I can rotate them to where _I_ want ;)

The "always a new valve" thing is just silly. That's something tire shops say to get a few extra bucks. I do my own tires and have reused valve stems for decades, literally. I've only had them fail from impacts.
