I keep learning from you. I was planing to make a Zenith 750 Super Duty. That project has been delayed as I am buying a Lake LA4-200. So now my goal is to make the Cruzer model starting in 2020.

I never saw a hand puller that took 20 pumps to pop a rivet. Mine takes like 2. Maybe adjust or replace the jaws inside?

Factory rivets from Zenith. Why?
@faainspector96995 жыл бұрын
Did you get your rivets from Zenith ??.........or did you find your own ??..........you are using the modified rivet puller nose pieces that shapes the head as you pull the rivet?.???.........your rivets you are using are Avex I hope ! ! !.........please tell me that you are not using hardware store Pop rivets in your aircraft build..

Throw that hand riveter in the garbage........it shouldn't take more than two or three squeezes to pull those blind rivets.........buy a Marson klikfast and stop wasting your knuckle skin

Yeah, it doesn't usually take this long. The space/angle made it very difficult to get a good seat on the rivet.
