u should try this again but if u get money from a wheelspin, u can choose what car u want within that amount of money and upgrades also within that amount. if u choose money u cant pick the same car twice. if u use a super wheelspin u can choose if u want the cars or the money. if u get more than one set of money u can add up both amounts into one, and if u pick a car there is an unlimited budget for upgrades
