u should try this again but if u get money from a wheelspin, u can choose what car u want within that amount of money and upgrades also within that amount. if u choose money u cant pick the same car twice. if u use a super wheelspin u can choose if u want the cars or the money. if u get more than one set of money u can add up both amounts into one, and if u pick a car there is an unlimited budget for upgrades

Belt driven t300 (playstation and PC) or tmx (Xbox and pc) direct drive Moza R5 (Only PC) if you are in a tight budget get a g29 (PC and playstation) but I wouldn't recommend the g29 it's so shaky noisy and shit but it has plenty of force feedback
