Hey, sb if you want to get infinity and mending in the same bow, you can use grindstone in snapshot 24w11a. By putting one bow that have infinity and other bow that have mending in the grindstone, the top bow will have both enchantments. You can also use it to combine other uncombinable enchantments (sharpness 5, smite 5, fortune, silk touch) even all the protection enchantments can be combined in the same armor. And you can upgrade to the latest version and it will still have the enchantments and it will work. (But some of them like, fortune and silk touch fortune won't work, depth strider and frost walker won't work).
