Well with a PC as long as it is powerful enough, it can play any game better than a console in terms of power. Its like a stock 300zx vs a Lambo. Both get the job done and some perfer the other, for valid reasons, but it is objectively more powerful than the competetion. Plus as a PC you can play using whatever you want. A wheel, a gamepad, or keyboard and mouse.

i meant in terms of how the game runs. console's are just computers with special operating systems. if a PC can play the game, and it is a more powerful PC, then it can run the game better, at higher frames, and with a better resolution. since a PC can use the same controller as a console if someone chooses to, it is just a better console unless you have friends on consoles or you want the exclusive titles
