Lotus Exige S A-Class performance review:
Just like the BMW M3 GTR I reviewed earlier, the Lotus Exige S is a very strong purist A-Class car that allows you to be competitive in lobbies in a sea of Boneshakers. It has great handling for circuits and decent top end thanks to its low drag coefficient.
A big downside is its low speed acceleration as it doesn't boast big power compared to its competitor. With it being a mid-engined RWD, it is quite prone to oversteer if you are not careful, especially for low speed turns.
Many top tuners recommend the Exige S as a great off-meta car for A-Class with its weak RWD launch providing a challenge for you to slowly get ahead of the pack with its handling and performance.

You can make the whine in BMW M3 GTR like in NFS MW by adding supercharger to the stock engine and as I remember correctly race transmission.

The Exige was the first car I bought in Horizon. I have a soft spot for it. Didn't go meta but instead made it even more light for good handling just to enjoy it.

I started using this car and I make Boneshakers quit too lol. The Exige S has superior cornering grip and lower center of gravity. Doesn’t have a lot of high end speed or torque. Just very good mechanics

Personally I think it may help. The joy stick can be pushed at a diagonal giving the player a false sense of how they are turning. KB is all or nothing so it might be helpful.

@@arcticsun4204 a lot of tunes require tap-steering too, so maybe it’s harder than controller and slower because of mandatory abs but overall it’s not that big of a handicap. 30fps on the other hand is probably more of a handicap in racing circumstances because you can’t change your line as quickly as players with 60fps+

@@arcticsun4204 So it's only helpful if you are bad with a controller, you are saying? The inability to fine-tune steering more than makes up for any advantage you get from it anyway. No throttle or brake control with a keyboard either so ABS is almost mandatory and RWD cars are even trickier to drive than they already are.
