PG absolutely killed it with the sound and audio in this game. Everything feels so alive and vibrant and i just love how evweything interacts with one another. Im seriously getting major TDU and PGR vibes all into one with how everything feels so mixed well together. And the sound of that R34 GTR in stock form? Oh my goodness, incredible. Don't get me wrong, going balls out with mods is fun, but taking a stock GTR and fitting just basic bolt on mods and exploring the world invokes such a different sense of realism within the game that i cannot wait to experience.

Horizon features I wish were paid attention too. More than one car in forzavista & on the garage home screen, actual purchasable/customisable/arrangeable garages/driveways/workshops attached to player houses. FH3 style ai convoys revamped to be able to cruise with cars from the player garage, GPS following and ai “faster” “slower” commands. This would have brought free roam to life in Horizon 4. Editable grids in every aspect, so we can can have actual fun racing opponents rather than dull grids of stock cars, customisation including the selection ai of each opponent (aggressive precise etc) the upgrades, the name, but most importantly the car and livery of each opponent, Full customisation for opponent cars was needed in every Horizon but yet never added. More “forza” customisation parts that fit on virtually every vehicle even if its just more spoilers, also more original car parts specific to each car that aren’t aftermarket customisation just different spec choices like you get to choose when you buy the car for real, like the Jeep Cherokee has different official bumpers from high and low specs, more of that. Also manual camera positioning, an action cam, 900 degree interior wheel rotation, chrome etc stickers and stickers on glass, private lobbys with custom descriptions, Season, Weather & Time of day selection for free roam not just custom races & Downloaded liveries and tunes being editable.

Again, I can't find a KZbin that doesn't use the racing line. Turn it off and you'll actually learn how to drive, not just follow instructions. I mean that in a nice way and I'm speaking to anyone still clinging on to the racing line. Horizon series is pretty arcade. it's not hard to get used to the assists switched off.

@@jacejohnson7113 Less mistakes in an exhibition. But if you are just free-riding there are no such things as mistakes. You aren't competing to win. If anything its the reverse. Makes sense to have the racing line on for circuit tracks to learn. Anyway..I think its better turning off the line if you want to learn and get skilled at driving in the game. But you aren't learning the skills of adapting to new roads with the line on. You're following a line. I would argue that learning a line on a road, even if it takes 5 or 10 times without a line is more powerful learning then following a racing line. Also, its Horizon and its not so precise as track racing. The difference is like learning from reading a book to listening to an audiobook. Learning from a book, you are practicing reading. Your mind me also be distracted and you might find yourself re-reading a paragraph. Using the racing line is like an audiobook. It's convenient and you have to think less in the moment as you arent practicing any intuituon or making an educated guess. The solution is all ready there for you. I'm curious know. Are you using a racing line.. learning all the roads, then you switch it off? I highly doubt that. I'm not a great online player but I was consistently coming first in Horizon 2 using manual gears with cluth and no racing line. Because I quickly adapted. I was learning from the source. I was learning by experiencing and experimenting. It's a great experience. I highly recommend people do it. Learn to feel how cars handle going around corners and learn the logic and principles of cornering. Turn off the line and the rewind option. Make every corner count. If you can't rewind it, the stakes are higher and you'll drive smarter. 🙏

I really like the map, but I find it sorely lacking in cities, buildings. 😁 The only part of the city that there is is too small for me, an additional city with buildings, in another place of the map would be insane. The game does not seem to have evolved drastically in terms of graphics, the textures load as and when we can see small bugs. 😳 For now I like the game a lot, I can't wait to have it so that I can give me a real opinion. 🥳🤔

In 2k i bet you can run everything on ultra/extreme, perhaps even on 4k, but i really can’t say for sure. If you can run 4 in 4k, i think you will be fine with 5 as well, if not, i think it only needs some minor adjustments

Thanks for a great video! One thing I disagree with though is that the R34 is the perfect car for a map tour. The perfect car would be an electric car, so you don’t hear any engine noise but you can take in all the environmental audio from the map. 😉 That’s one area PlayGround games also did an amazing job, the sound of the bugs in the jungle, the seagulls at the beach, etc.
