I wouldn't even bother giving this game the playtime, you're grinding nonsense made up series with a bunch of cars they just ported from the last games, for nothing really.

I get the idea of “grinding for nothing” but most sims and arcade racers are that way now. Iracings only path of progression is its license and safety rating which is very taxing and toxic, from a face value it’s the perfect system of ranked play, however you can only get so good with a setup. The thing about iracing is if you go to let’s say ryco, somehow copy the setup and paste it you need to enter each thing at a particular time, if you just set all the settings it won’t be the same. So for a casual sim racer who doesn’t constantly like spending money forza is much better since they both have no real progression, AC doesn’t idk about ACC I haven’t played it. I mean at the end of the day any video game your grinding for nothing, your either going for achievements that mean absolutely nothing just saying you completed the game and or a story in a movie like sense that’s it. You don’t get money (you can from iracing but this is where the competitive aspect comes to play and it’s annoying) I mean even if let’s say I raced these cars in iracing and got a 2:05 instead of a 2:09.168 which is my fastest lap on here. I still wouldn’t be happy there’d be someone running 2:04-2:03s somehow I’m not going to be Satiesfied with myself I’m not gaining anything from life really doing that. If I streamed and recorded and people found me intresting sure possibly but there’s like a 1% who fit there.
