Forza Motorsport (2023) - Updated McLaren P1 GTR Sound in Update 14

Based on the patch notes from Update 15, this car was updated in the latest update. But if you saw my comparison kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5XJemqlf7eGjrM there's 0 difference between update 14 and 15. Why? Because this car was updated in update 14, alongside with "normal" P1.

Man, they just dont know what a P1 sounds like. The P1 has been in every game since FM5 and has yet to sound good or realistic, a shame really

It's like they're trying to mimic how a P1 roughly sounds with synthetic harmonizers from a software program. I have no idea why but Forza has never been able to get the P1 or even the 12C sound right. NFS Rivals practically nailed the P1 noise and that game came out in 2013 and only had about a year of real development time. There's simply no excuse.

Sorry, but no the upshifts remind me of GT4 immediately, so horrendous holy smokes. Turns out NFS Rivals from 2013 managed to nail the sound better, alongside GT7's P1 GTR. WTF

Just like the road P1, the Turbo spool and the M838T rumble is inaudible like before. T10 should Re-update the engine sound for both P1 and P1 GTR. I was told by my honest friend from the Forza Forums that Assetto Corsa and PC2 for example, got the real McLaren P1 sound, spot on as usual. And most importantly, GT7 got the P1 GTR’s sound perfect as well.

I still find something to be off about the interior sounds. Its a little to clean and not dampened enough for my expectations. Perhaps that is authentic, I do not know but its not what I would expect the interior of a P1 GTR to sound like with sound deading material and the exhaust being about 4' behind you. Again, I do not know what the real car sounds like. Forza has always had overly clean sounds inside of cars. Even FM4 didn't match what I heard in real versions of the cars in the game. Outside they were closer, but not perfect. I suppose that was good enough for a XB360 title?
