It really doesn't. If you think it looks better just because you see a bit more, you're mistaken. It's because the weather in FM7 is WAY more realistic, in heavy rain you're obviously not going to see things as clear as in FM6

I feel like Forza Motorsport 6 isn't dark enough when the heavy rain is there, and I also like how Forza Motorsport 7's lighting looks amazing after the rain ends and the sun starts becoming visible.

except even when it's sunny the game has a darker and not so nice colour feel compared to 6 and white cars' reflections in the sun is stupidly bright like the car is glowing and makes the game look worse. fm6 graphics > fm7

KAL 1 it might be because in the FM7 the weather is more harsh, darker, maybe making it seem more colourful but I like the darkness in this weather.

Forzs 6 is over saturated, that's why the colours seem to pop more. Otherwise Forza 7 clearly looks better.

The E3 reveal doesnt tell everything about the game. Its no where close to a finished product. They have some cars and maps finished, graphics are good, etc. But not the entire game. Dont judge so soon. And dirt racing is more of a Horizon thing. Ya want that, head on over to Horizon. They got you covered.

the games u mentioned come out once per 5-10 years, and they don't have an offshoot that specifically caters to dirt racing, so it's a kinda gobshite comparison to make

People are so unappreciative of forza motorsport 7, I been playing first since motorsport 3 and the game just keeps evolving in it's own way, forza motorsport 7 is unique in its own way, I have never seen so much criticism for a forza game till now, the game is good, graphics look so realistic, and physics seem different, appreciate a good game people.

The lightning in Forza 7 is such a small detail but it makes a huge difference. I wish you could pit and change tire compounds for races with tire wear.

Dynamic weather is going to make endurance racing so much fun! It did kinda got boring in fm6 when you did a 50 lap race on VIR and all you saw was sunshine. And nobody wants to do 50 laps in heavy rain.

I have just a one. Idk if I should upgrade. Honestly, 4K looks only a little bit better. This is coming from a person who doesn't know much about computers such as power, quality, and speed. It's only the game showing the details, like the darkness, the puddles, the weather. Should I just get the game for the Xbox one, or completely upgrade?

I hope they don't end up doing a Project Cars were it'll start raining during a race, you have to pit to change tyres but the AI doesn't and they continue to set the same lap times on slicks in the wet as they do in the dry.

The size of to pit info display screen always bugged me. I would like to be able to see the info, but not have it cover the entire screen, especially when it comes time to taking control of the car again. I want to be able to see what's ahead of me instead of being blinded by a big banner telling me that I'm going to be exiting the pit. Put the info on the screen, just not in the center of everything so I can actually assess my surroundings for a safe and smooth pit exit.

overall the game seems less simulated. cars seem lighter and appear to float rather than stick to the road. this is how I would expect horizon to feel. lastly, it almost seems as though the game is encouraging drifting rather than racing.

Forza 7 disappoints me I haven't heard or seen a full gt3, gt2, lmp1, and gt500 car list, so when i was watching the e3 gameplay i wasnt please to see a nismo gtr from the gt500 league racing against gt3's and gt2's. im dont plan on getting the game anymore.

Forza Motorsport 6 Sounds better, and Forza Motrosport 7 rain looks like Tornado weather never seen a circuit race with weather that harsh, Daytona was delayed for hours yesterday for rain no where near that heavy and dark. Turn 10 needs to chill with so much arcade fantasy features in Forza Motorsport, keep that for Forza Horizon or they are going to end up with two versions of the same game.

I noticed that the wipers and the rear wing have a shaking/vibrating animation on them (in Motorsport 7), which Forza Motorsport 6 doesn't have... Nice attention to detail I guess. There's also the fact that in the interior view every loose object in the interior shakes like crazy (like hoses and wires), that's another nice attention to detail.
