Hey, i just stumbled across your channel and you seem legit pro sim racer. Can you help me with something? i have the t300rs gt steering wheel and planning to replace its wheel with a 33cm diameter wheel, but i heard that’s only good for rally racing or drifting and not good for GT racing, do you have any opinion on that? i’d appreciate your help.

33cm is a good size for most types of driving. A 30cm wheel typically isn’t required, but provides a little more feedback torque due to the smaller size. It’s mostly personal preference. If 33cm is what’s available at your price range then it’ll do just fine.

Im looking at getting a racing wheel and to start off with i dont know whether to get the logitech g923 or the thrust master t300rs gt so i can use it for gt7 on my playstation and forza motorsport on my pc i would go for a more expensive wheel but like some people say im probably best off starting with a cheaper one to see if i even enjoy the experience enough before splashing the cash im just un decided on which to go for

Hi I’ve got the thrustmaster t300 its a great wheel however just upgraded to csl dd Fanatec are doing are ready to race bundle for £390 had to wait 9 weeks but well worth the wait in my opinion if u can save the extra cash for the csl dd . Oh yeah £90 import tax 🤦‍♂️ but if u don’t wanna spend the extra get the thrustmaster the Logitech is rubbish in comparison

@jayjayp9618 yeah but that wheel you got doesn't work on playstation it's pc only the wheel I would need is the fanatec gt dd bundle which cost £779 including import tax etc and that's alot of money for a wheel that I might not even enjoy sim racing enough for which is why I'm starting on a cheap one for now that works on both ps and pc if i was only going to need it for pc I would go with the bundle you got or a moza r5 or a cammus so you reckon the thrustmaster t300rs gt is the way to go then for a starter wheel?

A friend of mine has the Logitech and i've got the t300. I would say go for the t300, it's reamly much smoother and better imo. The next step is DD but thats a big leap in price so i would really recommend the t300!

@sbspassion I believe you get a better experience on the t300 as well and the resale value is quite good so if or when I'm ready I can sell it on then upgrade to a dd after hopefully there's more options by time I upgrade

It's good to have a new track, but I don't think Turn 10 priorities are correct. I’d rather they make Daytona, Nordschleife, Brands Hatch available before Hockenheim. And it was missing the old version of almost 7km which is fantastic.

I cant watch a video like this, were the video is chopped up like this.. one sec your chasing down the straight, next sec you mid cornor somewhere else on the track? and againg and again, for what? to save a few seconds or minuts off the final video? hella confusing for me and instantly makes me go "no thanks".

When I tuned into the German F1 back in the day and found they butchered the original track, it was the day I gave up on the sport. Stadium section plus a couple of hairpins. I mean its not bad, looks fun but far from the best anything.

Yes, I don't have Forza and will probably never get it again. It was good back in the day when it first came out, played it with college friends bc it was the only one with Road Atlanta which we live near and went to and the game was great there but now these online races in Forza look like cheap arcade games where wide gaps are magically disappearing in no time despite drivers not being off track🤪

I have a love / hate relationship with this game. Campaign is terrible, featuring no racecars (on a motorsport title!) and the cars all understeer like London buses, its awful. MP is great fun though. Needs more tracks though, missing out Monza and the Nordschliefe is criminal, and there are way too many US tracks.
