They've been facelifting the same ancient platform since the original Horizon came out, and that severely limited the capabilities to reproduce realistic car physics. Hopefully, the developers will work to separate Motorsport and Horizon further, making Motorsport more realistic and Horizon... well, better

There are definitely some in Forza 7. There’s an achievement specifically for completing an endurance race with the extra long setting on which gives you the full 100 laps at Spa. It’s a gt3 race and I used the C7.R. I remember doing this and it taking me 3 and half hours to do.
