I agree with what others have said as Taes charisma is just on another level i mean you can clearly see how much work he put into the dancing but yet he is also having fun with it. The dance break fits the style of the song perfectly and as i e said before i have had this song on repeat eva since it was released and i just cant help dancing and singing along to it even if im walking in the streets i have to move with the music. The dance break is also a tribute to the late king of pop Micheal Jackson and i just love how the boys incorporated his dancing into it. Also on another note my jiminie has been slaying his little solo in dynamite since its release

One reason you hear the dance steps/taps/clicks so well is not because they have on shoes that sound loud. It's because they are dancing on a professional dance floor. You can hear the echoes better. A professional dance floor is made of wood that has give and take. It is made with hardwood and with a sprung sub-floor...not concrete. It kind of has a bounce. It's not solid. Other wise all their joints...knee and ankles would be destroyed. And it's easier for Jimin to jump high with less risk of injury. But the way it's never too late to learn how to tap dance. You can even watch KZbin tutorials to learn how. And in most cities there are even dance classes for adults. It's great exercise and lots of fun. I am a dancer. When I hear music I dance. I love grocery stores with good music. I can dance away...even tap while pushing a cart. I am also a choreographer. I haven't done that in awhile, but when I hear music I see movement and choreograph to what I hear. BTS's choreography is excellent because it does interpret the music and musicality so well. No unneeded or excessive dance movements or steps. I have a hard time watching other Kpop groups especially girl groups. Their excessive steps and movements do not match the music. By the way I went back to college at age 50. I told you it was never too late. In one of my dance classes the professors assigned us the greatest homework I have ever been asked to do. We had to go out shopping and when we heard music we liked in the stores we had to ask a person or persons near us to join us in dancing with us. It was a great learning experience to help other people engage in the joy of dancing and to be uninhibited. So anyway go for it...learn to tap dance. Especially so you can tap through a grocery store. By the way...the dance break in this song is just brilliant. I didn't want it to stop for the rest of the song!! J-Hope clearly shines in his own spotlight in this one!!!! I have never seen him so sauve!

When they do the circle in the choreo, they're probably using their peripheral vision. It's the same technique marching bands use to perform. Part of it is also probably muscle memory, since once you learn the correct spacing for the steps you need to take, where the person next to you is, etc., and you drill that into your head over and over, it'll become something you can just glide through.
