As you already know this guide wasn’t very helpful and idk if there actually a good guide out there but if there is, it would be nice if people could recommend it. The first show that you were talking about is called weekly idol (a variety show) - you should check it out- u can find eps on youtube The second one is ISAC which stands for idols star athletic championships and is basically an annual thing where most idol groups from various labels come together and compete in different sports- they train for them beforehand aswell.

GOT7 is the 2nd group that I even got into, and I love them so much. I see GOT7 in the title I click Was waiting for thiiiiiis!! (Edit) 4:39 that's weekly idol (old episodes) and these are doni and coni, they are comedians and they used to host that show where the idols go after a comeback basically to promote and do funny stuff, the show is still being aired but has other hosts (for me personally is not as funny as it used to be) 5:06 that's the idol athletic championships and it's an event that takes place every year, usually rookies and groups that are 'recently popular' are the ones who go there, except for the activities that don't compromise the idol physical health that's why you can still watch twice, red velvet, exo and nct participating in certain things (bowling, archery...) That was a lot, sorry; had to pause and explain a little (also, sorry for my English, it's not my mother language)

the show that you saw them on when they introduced mark is called 'weekly idol' is a variety show that kpop groups go on to promote their comeback. There are a bunch of variety shows like it, but i think weekly idol is the biggest. It's worth checking out they do a bunch of fun stuff on there, and usually wear a bunch of the 'funny clips' in fan made videos come from. They are about 40 minutes to hour long videos tho, so maybe it's something you could put up on your patreon? If you wanted to react to them.
