Great guide! Wanted to find them myself for my OT dex. On the first lap of 30 I found only a Hard Stone/Everstone, but on the second lap I found a whopping three cover fossils and two plume fossils!! I feel like that is incredible RNG haha. Thanks

For sinnoh the celestic town mt moon is probably the best one u go south in mt moon fyi

The fossils definitely drop from the rock smash encounters. Did you follow the steps exactly? id love to help you understand better if i can!
