Fossil whale and dolphin bones - bonus seal show! Fossil hunting on a New Zealand beach

My dad joins me for the latest fossil adventure. I also see my nemesis from an earlier episode, the unfriendly seal but this time he does the running 😄
The sand levels are still high but I manage to find some interesting cetacean (whale and dolphin) fossils and my dad finds his first fossil crab!
These are Miocene era (12myo) deposits from the South Island of New Zealand.
