i think if it was a finger it would probably decay before it became a fossil. In order for it to fossilize it needs a catastrophic event that puts immense pressure keeping it from decaying.

If that is a fossilized human finger then you could have a very valuable museum piece on your hands, or its a fossilized primate. More than likely it's just a cool rock tho.
