El mejor laser del mundo ,los he probado todos y los unicos que valen realmente la pena son este y el dr smile Pluser pero este es mas completo y más potente, los pacientes son felices y no produce ningún dolor aparte de eliminar solamente el tejido dañado ,lo más importante es saber entender esta clase de equipos y utilizar las potencias correctamente para un trabajo impecable

It shows that you could never use this technology, the ignorance of those who do not know or cannot have equipment like this due to its high cost, I have it in my office and it has been the best purchase, the results are far superior to traditional dentistry what happens is that you have to know how to use the technologies and that is not easy

​ @juliovazquez9834 I was an owner of Lightwalker for four years, so I know exactly what I'm talking about it. I wanted to give my patients the best, so i did not let the high cost deter me. I made the investment hoping this technology would really benefit my patients. In the end, the Lightwalker was a practice killer -- patients hated it, so much so that they would ask me never to use it on them again. The clinical support is non existent. You clearly have a vested financial interest in the company to attack me like that.

You have no idea how to use this laser, I use it every day, on adult patients and children and everyone is happy, you suffer much less than with a dental turbine, I do know how to use that machine, yes You're a bad professional, it's not the team's problem, it's your fault.

@juliovazquez9834 I do know how to use the laser --- and patients hated it. That was the feedback that I was getting from them. Adults and children alike all told me that it was painful and extremely unpleasant. If not wanting to use ineffective technology to injure my patients makes me a bad professional, then I'm speechless. Lightwalker is big waste of time --

Don't you have to go through training and certification in order to be able to operate with it?

@@komfykoala6083 The company, Fotona, also offers a certification course that you purchase separately, which I did take. Bulk of the time was spent watching videos of other doctors using it. The hands on portion is extremely limited, no patients, just cutting it on extracted teeth, so no way to learn the shot-free technique. The perio portion was also taught via watching videos. No live portion and not even pig jaw, which I at least thought we were going to be using.
