Basically there is something called body kits that can be quite expensive but if you know what you're doing it shouldn't be much of a hassle because they can be slightly hard or slightly easy to obtain and slightly hard or slowly easy to put on depending if you're working on the interior or if you're working on the exterior like the rims the exhaust pipes or if the car has a spoiler then you'll need to try and find the right spoiler

His BMW M4 has a 0-60 of 3.7 seconds, also a faster 0-100, and a top speed of 195. So slightly less there, but definitely makes up for it everywhere else. And that's not even taking his mods into account.
