awesome dive! and if that's a real emerald, that ring is worth quite a chunk of money!! good luck on getting it returned, you'll certainly make her day! i have the S-8 and they're waterproof to a certain degree, but prolonged submersion at depth doesn't do them any good, lol. i found an older Samsung the other day with the ROV, but 24 feet deep for 2+ years did it in. at least there's one less toxic battery in the water. will be looking forward to your next dive! :) Pete

Excellent treasure. You can take the SIM cards from waterlogged phones, and put them in one of your old working devices to find out the owner. Phones themselves can be dried in big bags of rice, or smaller backs of silicate beads.

alexandra2014 The water is nice in the daytime during the summer for sure, but it stays right around 60°. Sometimes I’m in the water three or four hours. That’s why I wear the suit, just to stay comfortable. The suit I have might be a little too thick, but I could be in there all day comfortably. Great question, and thank you for your support.🤙🏼

I got certified for diving years ago would like to go out again but would have to get my re cert . Put on a lot of weight need to get back in shape. Roger Hockemier hahaha. My suit fits me soooo..... The answer is yes, they do make suits for fat asses! 😂🤣. I’m 6-3, 225. I could stand to cut a little weight myself.LOL I’ve never been scuba certified, but looking into it. I’m getting older, and it seems like more fun than it used to. I wear 22 pounds of weights around my waist, and just mask, snorkel and fins for now. And I heard in Arizona, where I live, once you’re certified, it’s for life now. No need to re-certify.🤷🏻‍♂️. Not sure how far that goes if it even goes out of the state. But the rules might be new. Man thanks for the sub, and again, I appreciate the support.
