Not sure where you filmed this, but I think they are the Oakleys I lost in Barbados. Its a long story, I was swimming, looking cool in shades. I was attacked by a great white shark, fought it off and scrambled to the shore, only to be attacked by some passing Canadian geese, and one of those bastards robbed my shades. Heading off in the direction of the USA, or surrounding countries. Are there any Canadian Geese in the area? One might be wearing a T shirt with the slogan " I went to Barbados" ( medium size ). If not, they might not be mine. 😎

Boat motor appears to be a Chevy big block (396/427/454) with glenwood exhaust manifolds. Most likely out of a jet boat given the orientation of the manifolds and electrical junction box on the backside of the motor. Can't imagine what happened to separate a 650lb motor from a boat. Great video!

Brand new to your channel pretty. Good find ! I was surprised on how. Good the visibility. Was I. Am a certified Scuba diver since the age of 16 i. Grew up in South Florida and have over 250 logged. Dives i can ember. Diving in the Florida Keys in the mid. 1980s and it wasn't uncommon to. Have a 100 feet of visibility But with pollution and other. Issues. In that area. The visibility. Is horrible now i wondered why. The Sea Doo. Was a negative. When you pointed it out ? If. That is. Fresh water. It. Might be possible to. Find salvageable parts the impeller. Is. Stainless on those models and sell for. Close to a hundred bucks depending on. The pitch and performance. Of it Many of those. Propellers. Wil. Fit other makers models. Too i. Dont know. The salvage laws. Where. You are but. The old laws in Florida were. If anything was sunk in the ocean. The. Owner had 48 hours to claim. It. Than it was a first come basis i. And. Freinds used to. Dive on vessels we knew of. And salvage propellers, fishing gear, and many. Items we. Could. Sell for cash. And we used. The money to buy or maintain our gear and. Boats ! We knew. Some local pilots. That. Could spot. The wrecks. And sunk boats. And. Give us. The information and location in. Those. Days many. Boats were used to smuggle. Drugs from the islands into Florida. And usually they were stolen and just sunk. When the criminals were done. With them.it was. A very common thing. In Florida. During. That time frame Unfortunately for me. A few years ago i suffered a Traumatic Brain injury and. The doctors. Have. Told me I could never dive again ? This. Did bumm me out quite a bit as. My grown son is now a certified diver and i. Had hoped. That maybe he and i could do a Father/Son dive one day as i. Actually dohave many of my old charts and. Still photos I took as a teenager many years ago

@revengefullobster45246 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, some of the others that do what you do are just in it for the treasure and don't pick up the garbage items when they see them. I pick up trash by the river where I walk or while I'm looking for crayfish but I never thought about actually diving or swimming in it. Most parts are not more than knee deep as it is, so it's not really practical for more than wading and fish hooks are a concern. I haven't found anything really interesting other than fossils and the occasional flint arrowhead.. Do you actually scuba or just use a snorkel?
@PolishMafia9286 жыл бұрын
Revengeful Lobster That’s really cool. And sounds like fun. I free dive right now. I only use a snorkel, I wear 22 pounds of weight around my waist to compensate for the buoyancy of my wetsuit. It sure is a lot of fun, if you ever get a chance, give it a shot.👍🏼 thanks again for the support.

Loves these, something about the adventure and the mystery of "what in the world is he going to find down there now!" but also the disappointment, seeing people toss basically garbage into our waterways..which tees me off in a way I didn't ever have to experience. Also bought a new higher end snorkel set, so going to do some of this in our area..although many of our rivers are to silt laden to have any visibility, but some lakes nearby, and 1 of the great lakes isn't far either, and will of course be cleaning out garbage..already do it when I walk around, or hike back in our wooded areas.

That is amazing. The river is so clean and clear. I live on the Ohio river it is almost impossible to see anything underwater due to the silt.

The Water is very clear there where you are compared here in front of my house's lake in Canada.

I'm so jelly! You should lead guided skin-diving trips on that river. That would be an experience I'm sure many of us would gladly pay for.
