An absolutely exquisite mansion. Such a shame that she has been left to decay. Would love to see her restored! Please pan your camera slowly so that we can enjoy all that you are seeing first hand. Please try to find more mansions and chateaus like this. I love the architecture and attention to detail in these magnificent homes. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see more!

This is honestly the first time I got teary eyed. Combination of your narrating, music and a sense of loneliness. It's like the walls are wanting to come back to life. Beautiful place, beautiful furnishings. And of course your beautiful self. Take care & stay safe. #number1explorer.

At 23:13 Who is the little child? You can definitely hear a childs voice and shortly after but quieter, a woman says "excuse me". Such an amazing place, I love the Roses on the walls and ceiling!💖 I hope the family issues are resolved soon and the place is renovated, it's too lovely to lose. Thanks for a great explore!😊👍

Hey Dave! I saw your IG stories last night and I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate and love what you're doing. Please don't change a thing! I love seeing all these abandoned places, it makes me sad and stunned at the same time and I like that you express your feelings during the videos. I can hear in your voice how passioned you are about what you're doing and sometimes a video can be ''heavy'' with emotion, history, damage and even have haunted places but you still manage to keep a positive attitude and you always respect those places and their history. Please don't stop expressing your thoughts and feelings during your videos just because some people tell you to while they're sitting in their comfortable couch or saying stuff like ''don't move the camera too fast''. You do what you love and risk your life by going to these places and surely, you don't have to hold a camera while you explore to show it for anyone. Some people will always judge others for no reason but the majority of us are really thankful that you're filming this for us to watch it. I'm looking forward for more of your videos! Love and positive vibes from Greece.

Thank you for sharing your adventures with us. I would never be able to do something like this due to being an incomplete quadraplegic and confined to a wheelchair, but to be able to see such amazingly beautiful homes with such history through your eyes is the next best thing to actually being there. I wonder if any of these home owners would be willing to sell the furniture and artwork, I believe that a lot of the paintings should be in museums, or at least somewhere they would be cherished. If I lived in Europe, I would definitely try to purchase furniture and some artwork so it doesn't end up destroyed by the weather. It's sad to see so much of someone's life just left behind to rot. Blessings! FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE!

Stunning. I literally dreamed my whole life of living in a place like that. I noticed a few items that made it look like they were doing some current work to the building? Those hoses that were connected to all the radiators was strange... and there was a an industrial light stand (construction light?) in one of the rooms that you passed by... So perhaps someone is attempting to maintain the place? You've got to wonder if it's just a family who has so much money that this old house sitting there is of no concern to the younger generation... If they don't preserve it, it's all history - not just family belongings - but history and a way of life that's going to disappear into decay.

So many of the places we see are heartrendingly beyond repair. This is totally restore-able. The first suite you entered on the second floor was likely the nursemaid's suite. As you approached the little extension with sewing machine I heard what I thought was a water pump & I thought it odd there seemed to be PEX water lines on the floors. Clearly someone intends to manage the water damage. This is the type of Chateau I've been waiting to see for two years, Thanks Dave ;)

Wow Dave, that mansion is absolutely beautiful. I really loved the room with the animals heads, then I noticed they were cravings. That just blew me away, never seen cravings like that and so detailed. When you were leaving that room and turned around quickly, I noticed your camera couldn't focus, but it didn't happen at all while you were exploring the room. Unfortunately I couldn't hear anything because of all the noises. And let me tell you that kitchen is so creepy, especially that dark hall to get to it. There is something off with that basement. It is a damn shame that the house is being left like that, but at least they are trying to slow down the decay by having the radiators on. This is a really good explore thank you for bringing us along. Be safe out there exploring. I love your videos so I can't wait to see more from you. I also can't wait to see you and Mark doing some more adventures. 💜💜

The glass panels in the floor were once likely part of an old heating system where heat from floor below was allowed rise up into a floor above via a decorative grate. If that was the attic or top floor it was where servants stayed and likely the majority of their heat. As times advanced privacy became more important. Many of them were floored over. The use of block glass is interesting. The box in the radiator is an old food warmer. It kept dishes hot while waiting to be served. In a main dining area would have had a dumb waiter.

I found the most intersting parts was the hoses ran for heating. Red likely the hot side and blue the cold return. then in the basement th big heaters ( likely kerosene ), the sounds of the water dripping. those are the things I'd be paying close attention to during an explore. My biggest interest is in mechanical, lesser to the rich artifacts of people way higher than my pay scale.
