Maureno it seems like that last room was where the final person lived in as the rest of this palace decayed around them. They condensed everything needed into this final room. They turned it into a bedroom, living room, dining room etc. They slept, ate, read, played games & just spent all their last days here. Thank you for again showing & sharing this with us!

I thought it odd that many doorways we're blocked with heavy furniture. I can imagine a huge family fight.you get this area only. Don't come into my area! Wonder if behind those were other areas like the last room. Someone else's everything room?

Wow! How much you enrich my life with these awesome videos of times gone by in these abandoned treasures! It was well worth the wait! That 3-D ceiling in the last room was mind blowing! Such gorgeous work! Can you imagine what the rest of the place must have looked like before all the decay began almost 50 yrs. ago! Great explore, Maureno! Thank you so much for sharing this beauty!

41:15 I THINK that is Charles Lindbergh maybe... it looks like other pictures I have seen of Lindbergh on his flight from France to Stockholm after his Trans Atlantic flight. My Grandfather had shown me other pictures like that when I was younger and the numbers on the plane are early plane markers. Grandpa had pictures when he was 13 and met Amelia Earhart and that became his fascination and possession of many planes himself. He was too young to go to war but he did take care of the farms and crops in the states, once he even manned and did drop flights of hay to Colorado during a blizzard from a borrowed military plane.

These people were very rich with lots of class, you can tell by their pictures, so beautiful, RIP. I take comfort that they lived a very amazing life, not a life that many of us, myself can. But be happy with your life and whatever you have because it will end the same for all of us.

@@susanpower9265 It seems that there was a bit of restoring going on. But by at that time! It must have seemed utterly hopeless. Even if they sold most of the magnificent antiques, it would have never been enough to save the once majestic and beautifull home. It's a shame that the government never stepped in, and helped. But sadly! it is what it is.

@@reidremington7771 France is also full of decaying chateaus and mansions. We have nothing even close to this in America. There may be a few buildings left from the 1600s, and there are a fair amount of buildings made from limestone in my area from the 1700s, but that's all. They are all well kept and historical though.

Another fantastic tour! Those ceilings! And yes, like you said, it's hard to believe that there's still places like this in this world. Beautiful! Wish we could see it in it's original condition.

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.

For new investors, getting started can feel overwhelming. Risks loom large, and complicated, unfamiliar financial jargon can be intimidating.

It’s not about the money for me, it’s about my passion for these places, exploring them, and building a community together on this channel to appreciate those beautiful and secret historical sites before they get torn down or just simply fall into decay forever!

This palace stands out alone as the most magnificent with history going back hundreds of years. The room with the balconies caught my eye due to the walls not being redone in the 17 and 1800's! 😮The walls are preserved from the 14 to 1600's. This is history still in great shape. I have seen some left untouched but not near as grand. The last room with the gorgeous 3D ceilings are almost a lost art as well as the fantastic moldings. I absolutely loved the doors and the unique molding surrounding them was incredible ❤. I have emjoyed this one immensely! ❤️ Thank You Very Much!! 😊

Awesome beautiful home, wow the antique furniture is awesome. For this home to be abandoned this long, and still be in this good of shape in so much of it , it really says how cheap they make homes here and have been for a long time in America, when your paying a whole lot for only a few years to have a nice home, what a shame.Thank you for another beautiful find, was so awesome, thank you for your heart felt thoughts and words as you share what beautiful things that you come across, please be careful and safe as you travel and explore , thank you for sharing with us.
